Pastor Shealy is a dedicated spiritual leader, servant, and mentor with a deep commitment to faith, family, and community. Before answering the call to ministry, Pastor Shealy served 24 honorable years in the U.S. Army, where he developed a strong foundation of discipline, leadership, and service to others. During his military tenure, he achieved the rank of First Sergeant and completed missions both stateside and abroad, instilling in him a heart for sacrifice and compassion.

Following his military service, Pastor Shealy transitioned into ministry, driven by a calling to serve God and support others in their faith journeys. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Ministry and a Master’s of Arts Degree in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg Virginia and began serving as a pastor in 2017. Known for his relatable preaching style and unwavering compassion, Pastor Shealy connects deeply with his congregation, offering biblical guidance, counseling, and mentorship to individuals from all walks of life.

In addition to leading A City On A Hill Faith Ministries, Pastor Shealy is actively involved in outreach efforts, and community service initiatives, using his military background to connect with and uplift those who have served. His mission is to foster faith, inspire hope, and promote healing for individuals, families, and communities.

Pastor Shealy has been a devoted servant of God, bringing a heart for ministry, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to his calling. Married for 35 years to his beloved spouse, Rosalyn Shealy, their partnership is a testament to faith, love, and perseverance. Together, they have raised three children and five grandchildren, and built a legacy rooted in family, faith, and service.

When he’s not ministering, Pastor Shealy enjoys working out, watching movies, reading and spending time with his family.
